At Integrated Data Solutions, we value client relationships. Before forming the company, Sean Koshy saw how clients were struggling with packaged, out-of-the-box products that weren’t meeting their needs. He founded the company in 2005 and began developing custom software solutions for his clients to fill the gap that he saw in the market.
Sean then expanded the company in 2006 and began providing a full range of IT services. That year he also developed full data center infrastructure to provide clients with high-quality cloud services, such as backups, email and additional hosting services.
In the following years the business further developed to include cloud servers, VoIP and security/penetration testing. At IDS, we credit our success to the personal one-to-one relationships we have with clients and our range of industry experience.
We’re proud of our extremely high client retention rate and still serve the first customers that came through the door when the business launched in 2005.
Founder Sean Koshy, holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lethbridge and a Computer Technology diploma from SAIT. Sean brings over 20 years of experience in IT management, data storage, data center operations, programming and process expertise. Customers appreciate his honesty, extensiveknowledge and courteous attitude. Sean has a great sense of humor and has the ability to explain complicated aspects of technology to anyone – regardless of their level of technical expertise.
